Write any time. I usually answer within a day or two. If something went wrong in the app, tell me what you were doing when it happened and include the version number at the very bottom of Settings — that's most of what I need to find it.
The sign-in code didn't arrive
Codes come from NeeTree at hello@neetree.app and last ten minutes. If one isn't in your inbox, look in spam first — that's usually where it is. If it has expired, ask for a new one. And if nothing arrives at all, write to me with the address you used and I'll look at it from my side.
A new phone
An account exists for one reason: so your history survives a new phone. Sign in with the same email address on the new one and it all comes back — habits, quests, completions, everything you've logged. Signing out erases nothing on the device it's on. It only stops the syncing until you sign in again.
If you used to subscribe
NeeTree Premium ended in September 2026. NeeTree is completely free now, and nobody is billed for it anymore. If you have a question about a past subscription, write to me at support@neetree.app.
Old workouts in your calendar
If you added a training program's workouts to a calendar from NeeTree 1.0, they're still there. Version 2.0 has no way to take them out, so if you don't want them anymore, delete them in your calendar app.
Deleting your account, or starting over
Settings → Account → Delete account erases the account and everything attached to it from my servers, right away and for good.
To clear the copy on your device, delete the app, or use Reset all data in Settings, which wipes this device back to a fresh start and keeps your theme.
A missed day
Missing a day is normal, and the app is built to treat it that way — nothing scolds you and nothing is lost but the run. If you did the thing and forgot to log it, tap that day on the habit's week strip. The last seven days are open. Nothing older is, because a log you can rewrite isn't worth keeping.
If you know you'll be away, Settings → Time off pauses your streaks while you're gone. It only works forwards, on purpose: a streak shouldn't be repairable by inventing a holiday after the fact.
Stopping my emails
If you joined my email list, in the app or on this website, every email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One tap and they stop. It doesn't touch your account or anything you've logged.
Something broke
Write to me. The app also sends me a short note when it crashes — the error, the screen it happened on, and nothing you've written or logged. What's in one is spelled out in the privacy policy.
